We have been designing cakes for a lovely couple, Rachna & Aashish, since last year. In November 2013, it was a two-tier birthday cake decorated with edible roses and shaded ruffles for Rachna. In February 2014, it was Mickey and Friends theme cake for their son Krishiv’s first birthday party.
This year, Rachna’s husband wanted to surprise her with a unique and beautiful cake design she had not seen before. After few discussions we finalised on decorating a three tier cake with edible paper flower and ruffles, which is the latest happening trend in cake design. The cake was coloured in shades of white and gold. I was told that the birthday girl was eagerly waiting to see her birthday cake design and I am so glad that she was happy with what she saw.
